Evaero Villa I / IV is part of the complex “Evaero Villas”, which includes four villas in total, each of them with its own private pool and facilities, designed with privacy in mind – with exclusive & separated areas.

Make forever memories in the outdoor area, with not a care in the world but whoever’s turn it is to rouse from their poolside sun bed to craft the next round of chilled mojitos. With plenty of space for the whole family to unfurl in, here is a home where friends & loved ones can set themselves free.

This captivating home is embellished with a 36m2 private swimming pool (1,40 meters deep) featuring a special children’s pool compartment (0,60 meters deep), a lounge area by the pool and an outdoor shaded dinning area. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Charcoal BBQ facilities & sink) under sunset skies. The property lays in 900m2 outdoor area, with 300m2 lawn covered area. An ideal holiday escape for those who seek summery living.

What’s more, a lawn covered outdoor playground is available for our younger guests (swing, seesaw, trampoline). A volleyball net, a portable basketball hoop and soccer net is also available for the sport lovers.

Cleverly repurposed finds and sumptuous furnishings create a calming sensory design throughout. The spacious ground floor villa is an ideal escape for a family or group of friends. Lounge at the impeccable ground floor living room with direct access to the pool terrace and watch the sunset lazily on the horizon before curling up on the sofa with a paperback. Set up a movie marathon at the 55’ Smart TV on long summer nights. A bespoke living-cum fully equipped kitchen awaits to inspire you for culinary wonders.

The villa features three wonderful bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms allowing plenty of space and comfort for all. Six guests can be comfortably accommodated in real beds. One more guest can be accommodated on the sofa bed of the living room. The maximum capacity is seven guests.
